Riverdance Labradors is now Tanava Labradors (reg'd).  We were unable to register our previous name and found we weren't the only ones using it.  Tanava Labradors is owned by Tracy and David Salava, DVM.  We are located in the Republican River Valley near Clay Center, Kansas, on 55 acres.  Our land overlooks part of the Milford Wetlands area as well as surrounding grasslands that provide habitat for pheasant and quail.

David is a veterinarian at his own mixed animal practice, the Salava Veterinary Clinic.  Tracy also works there as receptionist and office manager. 

We usually have one or two litters a year, so we can devote our time to having healthy happy puppies that are well socialized and well rounded.  Check out "Our Girls" to meet Cassie (our foundaton), Katie (our present), and Jolie, Ruby, and Maxx (our future).

Our goal is healthy, good looking, well rounded labs that love to please.  A true combination of beauty and intelligence that are as at home in the field as they are on the couch.

Tracy graduated in 1990 with a B.S. in Life Sciences and is a few hours short of her anthropology degree.  David and Tracy met at the Manhattan Sunset Zoo during docent classes while attending KSU.  Tracy's last job was doing medical records and filing insurance at the family medical practice she worked at in Fairbury.  Tracy collects glassware and makes wire-work jewelry in her spare time.  Tracy grew up near Wakefield, KS.
